Crocheters we need you!

March is National Crochet Month and we want to feature your crochet creations!

How to participate and earn a chance to win a $25 Gift Card:

1. Locate a finished crochet project that you'd be willing to let the shop borrow during March.

2. Take a picture of your project and send that picture in an email to info@alikelyyarn.com. Please include the name of the pattern and what yarn you used to make it.

3. We will select a few projects to feature each week and if your project is selected to feature, your name will be automatically entered into our drawing.

4. You must be willing to let the shop share pictures of your item in Social Media as well as on our Website. And, we'd like to display your project in the shop during March.

Join us for a Crochet Pop-Up March 12-22

We will be featuring a new handmade crochet hook business!

Nadine, whom many of you have met during Sit and Stitch, founded a company with her husband called Hooked Together and they sell handmade resin and wooden crochet hooks.

They will be setting up a pop-up shop for you to sample their hooks and we'll have some yummy yarn for you to sample as well!

Now offering Crochet or Knitting Parties!

Starting in March, we will be offering Crochet or Knitting Birthday Parties for all ages! Another twist on this could be a Coffee and Crochet party if you have a group that wants a reason to "get together".

Included in our party package:

>One goodie bag for each guest, which includes a crochet hook or knitting needles, small ball of yarn, party goodies and a pattern for a small project to make during the party.

>2 Teachers on hand to help beginners as well as to lead the project.

> A Party game for the group to play "Pass the Yarn" (optional)

>Full use of our kitchen and refrigerator for cake and/or refreshments.

>Up to 6 people total per event

>$150 Package Price
